Can I use the KDDI-OK Card on my mobile phone or from a payphone? |

From mobile phones and home phones, customers can call at no charge to
0032-488. When using a mobile phone, no airtime fees will be charged if calling this number. When calling from a home phone, please dial 0120-944-473. Calls from mobile phones can not be connected to this number. Calls from payphones can be connected neither to 0032-488 nor to 0120-944-473. |

Can I use the KDDI-OK Card when calling from a rotary phone? |

No, the KDDI-OK Card can only be used with touchtone phones. |

Can I use the KDDI-OK Card for calling within Japan? |

Yes, the KDDI-OK Card can be used in Japan. The dialing procedures
are the same as if the card user is calling a domestic number. |

Can I use the KDDI-OK Card outside of Japan? |

Unfortunately, the KDDI-OK Card can only be used while making calls from
phones within Japan. |

Can I enter the PIN and/or phone number during the announcement or do I have to wait until the announcement is over? |

Yes. Your PIN and telephone number can be entered at anytime during the

Can I place another call once I completed my initial call without calling the access number back again? |

Yes. When you finish your initial call, please wait for the automatic announcement

When I make a call using the KDDI-OK Card, will the person I am calling be able to see the Caller ID of the phone I am calling from? |

In case of international calls, called ID information is not passed along
using the KDDI-OK Card. However, called ID information will be passed for
domestic calls. |

Does the KDDI-OK Card have an expiration date? |

Yes. The KDDI-OK Card is valid for two years after the PIN is issued. |

Do I always have to press the pound(#) button after entering the phone number I want to call? |

It is not necessary to press the pound(#) button to connect your call.
However, it will take more time to connect as the system verifies the phone
number automatically instead of the customer verifying the number through
pushing the pound(#) button. |

Do the rates vary depending on the day or time the call is made? |

No. The rates advertised are the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

How is my call charged against the KDDI-OK Card? |

Starting from the first minute, we charge in 1 minute intervals. This
is not common for calling cards, as the units are usually in multiple minutes
intervals which means your card would be used up more quickly. Our system
allows customers very accurate usage charges. |

What do you mean by "PIN" and "PIN Sales"? |

When purchasing a KDDI-OK Card, customers will only receive a PIN code
after purchase, not an actual card. This PIN is issued via E-mail, telephone
or fax. |
